A no thing day

It was art class today......but it was a no thing day for me. I said no to everything. I'd ask for a snack and when Granpa gave me one, I said no. When Susanne asked me if I wanted some paper I said no. Some paint? No. Some sparklies? No. Nothing was any good. I didn't know what to do with myself.

In the Gallery we learned about "Artist Eyes" But i already know about that. So...

I played a bit with the printer...But even that couldn't console me.

So I went for a walk in the gallery.
Saw an art thing.

Can we go home now?

Addendum March 2. It turns out that James has two upper back teeth erupting. No wonder he was in such a state.

First experience with an iPad

Some friends of Granpa and Granma came from Ontario for a visit. She has an iPad - something I've never seen before - but I think I know how to use it.
It's FUN!! I love it!!

Tuesday art class

We had to wait until the art class opened so we went to Mayfair Mall to look at the fishes.
My hands are covered in fa-fa...and I don't mind! It's fun.
Time for some serious painting.

Monday with James

Yes I'm feeling a bit lighter (and looking older) after my first official haircut (and I didn't cry).
Appreciating art, on a restaurant wall.
Today with Granpa was amazing. I saw all my favorites - backhoes, cherry pickers, bulldozers,, excavators, boom lifts, everything.

With James

I can walk across this bridge all by myself. I'm with Granma at the top where the bridges rises.
I rode a grass mower.
Wearing Granma's sunglasses make me look like a movie star.
Doing some art with Granma.
I don't know what it is - but I do know I don't like it. It's scary.

Great Uncle David and Malcolm visit

Great Uncle David and Malcolm stopped over on their way to Hawaii to celebrate David's birthday with us.
It's his birthday but he gave me a present! Malcolm watches me closely as I rip the paper. I wonder what it is?
Whoah!
It's a bulldozer!
I'm showing Malcolm how it works.
I'm keeping the bulldozer far away from David...just in case.
Sparklies! Happy birthday!
All done. Time to blow out the candles.
